Terms and Conditions

Please see below our Terms & Conditions between customers and Borrower Boutique. Outlined are the specific Terms & Conditions of Borrower Boutique's service agreement with customers. These terms apply to online rentals and sales of products. By signing up and purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, and understood these Terms and Conditions. 
 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the drop off day will not be refunded. If you decide to place a booking for an event within 48 hours, the booking will not be refundable once the order is placed on our website.
All other orders placed without the use of our Try On Service will not be refunded once the item has been received by the customer.It is our highest recommendation that you avail of our Try On Service before placing your booking. You will only be charged the Try On Service fee if you decide not to rent an item after try on.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely circumstance of your product arriving damaged you must contact us by email borrowerboutique@gmail.com and let us know within at least 24 hours of you receiving your product.

Late Fees

The rental period of products acquired from the Borrower Boutique is 3 days, 7 days or 7+ days from the date of the booking plus 1 day grace period each side of the delivery and return date. If the rented product is not returned within the chosen rental period there will be a late penalty fee per day that will be charged to the payment card or other payment methods provided and stored in your customer account, and you agree to pay such late fees, up to an amount not to exceed 100% of the Retail Value.  If you have not returned a Product within twenty one (21) days after the return date for the Product, your late return will be considered a non-return and Borrower Boutique will charge your payment card the maximum late fee set (100% of the product retail value when new) less any late fees that you have already paid, plus applicable sales tax.

Return Policy

In the instance of the item being lost, stolen or not returned to Borrower Boutique we reserve the right to incur charges as specified in the late fees section. Once you return the item you will be provided with a tracking number, please ensure you keep this in the unlikely event of the item being lost during the return.

Use of products and damaged items

We ask for you to treat our items as if they were your own. Third party leasing or selling is against our Terms & Conditions. We understand that from time to time normal wear and tear will happen. Normal wear and tear consists of small removable stains and slight tears. These will be covered by us and you will not be charged. In the event that a product is returned beyond reasonable wear and tear then you agree that we can charge you for the cost of repairing or replacing the item. Our dedicated expert dry cleaning partner is extremely skilled in taking care of our products. We kindly ask customers not to attempt to clean or dry clean any products themselves unless it is specified to do so under the product description on our website. Failure to comply with this will result in Borrower Boutique charging the customer.
