Cancellations must be made 4 days prior to the date of drop off for the booking to receive a full refund. Cancelations made within 48 hours prior to the drop off day will not be refunded. If you decide to place a booking for an event within 48 hours, the booking will not be refundable once the item is received and paid for by the customer.
All orders placed without the use of our Try On Service will not be refunded once the item has been received by the customer.It is our highest recommendation that you avail of our Try On Service before placing your booking. You will only be charged the Try On Service fee if you decide not to rent an item after try on.
